Timeless, Like Her

Most of my clients (around 80%) are women. And when I attend to events, I notice more and more women. Women who are strong, hardworking, and highly driven. Most of them hold important positions, lead teams, and carry significant responsibility. They are building careers, businesses and independence on their own terms. They invest in their growth, their lifestyle, their future. And yet, most of them wear a smartwatch. Not because they don’t love watches, but because they don’t have time to search, compare, or understand the options. What they need is not more choices. They need the right guidance. A watch is not just an accessory. It’s something you choose when you realize: you’ve built something, and you want to wear it.

And yet, there is something I notice again and again.

They are exhausted. Not just tired, but mentally, emotionally, constantly engaged. And still, they want to achieve more.

When I talk about watches with them, almost all of them say the same thing: “I love watches… but they are expensive.”

And the truth is they can afford them. But they hesitate.

Not because they don’t value them, but because they are used to prioritizing everything and everyone else first. Because spending on themselves still feels like something to justify. Because they don’t have the time or the guidance to choose the right piece.

And yet, the interest is there. The appreciation is there. The desire is there. Especially in those quiet moments, when they’re on their own, with a glass of wine, relaxing from the day, and the thought appears: “What if I finally get the watch I’ve always wanted?”

Today, more than ever, women are building their own wealth. They are no longer waiting to be gifted something meaningful, they’re ready to choose it for themselves.

And this is exactly where the right watch becomes important.

Not as necessity but as a reflection. Of your work, your growth, your milestones. A watch that fits your life, from the office, to meetings, to dinners, to the moments you choose to celebrate yourself.

My Conclusion

There is something we don’t say enough about women. We carry more than what is visible. We take care of homes, families, children, parents, often all at once.
We build careers, step into leadership roles, grow financially, and still try to be present for everyone around us.

And yet, many of us walk through life with a quiet feeling: that we are not doing enough. Not enough at work, not enough at home, not enough for the people we love. We carry responsibility and often, guilt. Especially when it comes to ourselves.

We hesitate to spend on something personal. We think: maybe this should go to my children, my partner, my family, our future. So we postpone. We prioritize everything else. We forget ourselves.

Not only watches but rest, travel, pleasure, self-care. The simple act of celebrating who we are and what we have achieved. Many women build wealth with intention. They invest in their children’s future, in properties, in stability. They are thinking long-term, always planning, always building. But somewhere along the way, they stop rewarding themselves.

It is not that women are not interested in watches. On the contrary, we are deeply connected to objects that carry meaning. Watches have always been part of our families, our memories, our heritage. But the industry, for a long time, spoke primarily to men, because they were the ones historically associated with wealth, with visibility, with ownership. And for men, the watch became their only visible form of jewelry, a combination of design and mechanics, identity and status.

But today, everything is changing. Women are building their own wealth. They are leading, creating, investing, deciding. They are no longer waiting to be gifted something meaningful. They are choosing it for themselves.

And more importantly, they are no longer afraid to stand on their own. This is not about comparison.
It is about evolution. And in this evolution, watches deserve to return to women, not as symbols of status given by others, but as personal choices, as milestones, as reflections of independence. Because owning a watch should never come with guilt. It should come with recognition. Recognition of everything you carry,
everything you build, and everything you are becoming.
